First release candidates of Horde 3.0, IMP 4.0, Turba 2.0, Chora 2.0, Kronolith 2.0, Nag 2.0, Mnemo 2.0, and Ingo 1.0 released
Not quite after one week as promised, we released the first release candidates of Horde, IMP, Turba, Chora, Kronolith, Nag, Mnemo, and Ingo. These releases only contain bug fixes and layout tweaks. Testing on production servers is encouraged and feedback especially on the upgrade instructions and scripts is very much appreciated.
The major changes compared to the Horde 3.0-BETA version are:- Autodetect exact version of IE (5.0+) on login and turn off compression only for buggy versions.
- Use an IE behavior for handling alpha transparency with PNG images instead of an onload handler.
- Render all menus as <ul> tags, formatted with CSS.
- Add a file selection field to the Form library that uses the files API.
- Updated installation instructions and todo list.
- Show all subscribed folders in the left menu tree.
- Only scan for emoticons in the body of text MIME parts.
- Fix HTML composer in IE.
- Fix message saving and attachment ZIP file generation.
- Allow the spam reporting system to bounce a message to an email address.
- Disable Kolab servers if Kolab has been disabled globally.
- Update installation instructions and todo list.
- Fixed deletion through the API if the item to be deleted is not found in the first source.
- Removed unused miniwindow.php.
- Updated German translation.
- Removed unecessary dependency on PEAR.php.
- Updated icons.
- Fixed importing of non-recurring events.
- Save categories of imported events.
- Show different calendar views in tabs, not in the menu.
- Show free/busy view only in the event screen.
- Tweak layout of the summary block.
- Tweak layout of the summary block.
- Disabled Kolab backends if Kolab has been disabled globally.
- Updated icons.
