No Horde talks on International PHP Conference 2004
The proposals for Horde related talks on the International PHP Conference 2004 in Frankfurt have been rejected.
Unfortunately all Horde related proposals for sessions on the International PHP Conference 2004 in Frankfurt have been rejected. I sent two proposals for the "General PHP" section that you can find here and here targeting the anticipated release of Horde 3.Due to Björn Schotte sending the rejections on behalf of the conference's chair commitee, more than 120 proposals have been sent in for the 40 session slots available. The rejections have not been explained in details, only a list of possible rejection reasons has been attached.
Judge yourself it the proposals were not ready for advanced developers, too short or too commercial.
