Feeds enabled again

I had to temporarily disable my website's RSS feeds for a few days, because the virtual host of janschneider.de had taken the whole web server down a few times, due to memory leaks in the installed PHP version. I upgraded to a newer PHP version and installed PHP as a FastGGI module (for the first time). Hopefully everything is smooth and stable again now.
