A bunch of releases
Since the release of Horde 3.2 is still delayed, and a few bug fixes had accumulated since the last stable releases, I have spent some time on preparing new releases for Horde, IMP, Turba, Ingo, Kronolith and the Groupware bundles.
There are no substantial changes and no security fixes. The most important changes are an improved webroot detection - most people seem to rely on that instead of setting their webroot manually, some bug fix related to adding contacts to a new distribution list/address group, and a few translation updates. Most notably the first update for the Simplified Chinese translation since years.
