New homepage online

Today I have put the new homepage online.

I finished my new homepage today to a state that is at least better than the old homepage. So I turned the switch and made the new layout and content the default one.

At the same time I announced the news feeds to the Horde community, this will be the first larger live test for Jonah, the news application of the Horde Project.
