A few news on DIMP
There are no big news on DIMP, but since my entry about that new AJAX webclient raised some interest and many people came to my site recently only looking for that application, I guessed any progress would be welcome.
- DIMP, the new AJAX powered webmail client on top of IMP has its own homepage
now. Don't expect too much from it, there's not much to see at the
moment, but at least we have a place for downloads, screenshots,
documentation etc. now.
Of course I will continue to announce any news here. -
It has been launched! As I've explained in my first post, DIMP was developed for SAPO, Portugal Telecom's internet division. They launched the beta test of the new webmail client yesterday. This has been announced in several blogs too, though mostlyinPortuguese. It's not available for every SAPO customer yet, but more and more users will get access to the DIMP powered client during the next weeks.
